eDoc Organizer uses Microsoft ClickOnce deployment technology for its installation. You can read more about ClickOnce at

ClickOnce applications are installed on a per user basis on your computer and all the files are located under "C:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Local Settings\Apps\2.0\" folder on a computer running Windows XP. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7 the installation files are located under "C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\" directory.
